TAFESA English Language Centre - Delivering the AMEP Program has been South Australia's premier and largest English language centre for over 60 years. Our main campus is in the city and our other centres and community classes are conveniently located throughout the metropolitan and country areas of South Australia.
ELC AMEP is part of TAFESA and is an accredited Registered Training Organisation. It is funded by the Australian Federal Government to deliver the national Adult Migrant English Program through the Department of Education and Training.
Our Courses and Services
ELC AMEP courses suit beginner to intermediate students and are nationally accredited and approved. We offer

Students may study at times to suit them, day or evening.
ELC AMEP has a national and international reputation as a provider of high quality English language and literacy programs. In addition ELC AMEP has developed a large number of English language, employment related and vocational learning materials. Most of these materials may be bought at reasonable rates. Teaching staff at ELC AMEP are highly qualified (many have Masters degrees) and friendly, and most have 10 to 20 years' experience teaching English language.
TAFE SA English Language Centre recognises all Australian Qualifications Framework qualifications or statements of attainment issued by any other registered training organisation. It is committed to excellence and develops special courses, programs and materials to suit clients' needs.
The main campus of ELC AMEP is in Light Square near the city centre. ELC AMEP classes are also held in Salisbury and Noarlunga campuses of TAFE as well as in numerous other sites throughout the Adelaide metropolitan and SA regional areas.
